Post Title.

Well folks, it you are planning on making and transporting a heavy cake, like say...carrot, you'd best be prepared!  We did a full sheet cake for a local company who celebrates their employees milestone anniversaries with cake.  We had to call in reinforcements to unload it upon delivery!  It weighed every bit of 30 lbs!!
I'm thankful that Carrot and Hummingbird cake are the only two 'heavy' cakes we offer
